NTR Metals’ industrial processing plant includes a 50,000 square foot RCRA Part B facility which supports four batch lines and one continuous-processing line. This allows us to recycle a variety of common waste streams, and perform custom recycling and refining solutions for individual customers.

Silver x-ray film used in healthcare facilities is classified as a characteristic hazardous waste by the EPA. It requires special care to protect patient confidentiality and recycle properly. Our silver-recovery process complies with HIPAA handling requirements for medical x-ray film and helps hospitals across the country properly recycle expired film archives. And our experience in the silver-recovery process ensures that they receive the highest returns. As part of our x-ray recycling process, customers receive a Certificate of Destruction and Business Associates Agreement (BAA) documentation.
